How will I be contacted if my Child is successful in obtaining a place at a local Group/Unit?

You will be contacted using the details you provided at the time of submitting your child’s details through our website. This will be done by the Group/Unit that is offering you a place usually by email.

By providing your details through our website you agree with the storage and handling of your data by Preston & District Scouts and West Lancashire Scouts for the purpose of applying for a youth membership place.

In order to be able for your young person to benefit from Scouting more quickly you may be offered a place at group from within your "catchment area" which was not one of your preferred groups when completing the application.
